There could be 2 issues here: |

The first issue could be that you may not be able to install MS on your machine. |

Or the second is that you may have used 'Text Only' or 'Formatted Text' option during the conversion of the text. These options dispose of the pictures during conversion. In this case use the other options "Flowing Text" or "As Is" to preserve the pictures. |
